Get in on the Act

Wednesday January 17, 2007
Tomorrow is the day. Thursday, January 18th is when the U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on the CLEAN Energy Act. What does that mean for you? It’s a bill that solidifies the commitment to helping us all save money when we make energy-efficient and earth-friendly choices, from hybrid vehicles to solar and wind power.

We hope you’ll send a message to your representatives urging them to vote YES for the CLEAN Energy Act (HR 6). Go ahead—inundate them with emails, or call directly through the Capitol switchboard: 202-224-3121.

Let them hear your voice loud and clear—and we’ll all have more affordable choices, sooner. And while concept cars like the Mazda Ryuga and Ford Airstream are super, wouldn’t it be even better to get a boost to buy production cars like them NOW?
