Detroit Wrap-up
Friday January 19, 2007
After a very successful run that previewed some magnificent new vehicles—including a handful of exciting alternative fuel concepts—the North American International Auto Show in Detroit wraps up on Sunday, January 21.
Over the past week we’ve highlighted several of these concept cars, offering a peek at what might be headed down the pike in the very near future. Cars like the Toyota FT-HS, the Chevrolet Volt and the Mazda Ryuga were all prominently displayed strutting their technological stuff and looking quite sexy.
As the show wanes, we shine the light just once more on another of these appealing and cleverly designed alternative fuel “I gotta have its.” Get a glimpse of the Ford Airstream and see if it piques your curiosity.
