Maybe you've noticed, maybe not, but cold and sloppy winter weather puts a serious hurtin' on your vehicle's fuel economy. It's a whole different set of circumstances when the calendar flips to December, the nights get colder and longer, and the ice builds thick on the windshield. Yuck!! We don't even like to think about it, yet we must.Well friends, just to help make things a little easier, we've put together a little article that explains all of the sundry winter gremlins that dine in thine fuel budget. But that's not all. It's not much consolation (and sometimes it's worse) to know why something is, if you don't know what to do about it. Hey, if you're going to pay $3.50 a gallon, ya dang sure want to get every ounce of horsepower out of it, right?
