Can You Fill Up with E85?

Thursday July 17, 2008
E85 tends to cost less than gasoline—and in June there was an average 17.5 percent price spread between E85 and gasoline, according to E85 Prices. Looks like folks around the country (and truckers, for sure) have been helping to keep us all up-to-date on this fuel’s pricing and availability.

Don’t have a flex-fuel capable vehicle? Maybe you do and just don't know it. Might be a good idea to take a gander at our E85 Vehicle Compatibility List (1995 to 2008) to be positively sure whether you do--or don’t--have a flex-fuel sleeper. And then swing by and find out if fuel mileage takes a dive on e85 ... just in case you’re wondering about that one too.
