What’s new in flexible fuel minivans and vans for 2007? Flex fuel vehicles are designed to run on gasoline or E85 or any mixture of the two. Fuel economy and cost of operation will vary depending upon the fuel ratio. As with any commodity, the price of ethanol varies greatly from region to region. As a general rule the cost per gallon of E85 is lower than gasoline.
