There were a few things that we would have left on the design room floorsay, that slippery wood steering wheel, the tight visibility in the rear quarter view but overall, the RX 400h presents one sweet deal.

There are no tax credits remaining for the Lexus RX 400h. According to IRS Notice 2006-78, the credit phase out schedule for hybrid vehicles manufactured by Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc. indicates that purchases after October 1, 2007 do not qualify for any credit.
The Lexus RX 400h is a Super Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (SULEV) and produces about 70 percent fewer smog-forming emissions than the average new car.
