Continuing in its third year as a mild hybrid SUV, the 2009 Vue Hybrid is rated as an Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) with EPA fuel economy of 25 mpg city/32 mpg highway. Equipped with GM's 2.4-liter Ecotec 4-cylinder engine and 4-speed transmission, the system extends fuel range with auto-stop mode, regenerative braking and electric power assist during acceleration. This year's Vue is eye-catching with new "Hybrid" decals on the front upper windshield, rear window and doors. No doubt this baby's a hybrid.
