BMW Hydrogen 7

No fuel cell here - this is internal combustion. BMW touts its hydrogen power with the BMW Hydrogen 7 at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show. When this bi-fuel (gasoline/hydrogen) car is powered by hydrogen, the only by-product is water vapor.
