Ultra low sulfur diesel fuel is here. Rigid federal diesel emissions regulations have fully kicked in and all 2007 diesel vehicles sold in the United States are required to burn this new clean fuel.

There are some watch-outs and gotchas to be aware of when using ultra low sulfur diesel fuel (ULSD) in your diesel vehicle. Phase-in and compliance rules are a bit tricky, so be sure to check our article Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel 101 for a basic primer.

And, we're curious: are the pumps near you labeled ULSD?
